A&M-Commerce Basketball Teams Visit Commerce Elementary School

Members of the Texas A&M University-Commerce men's and women's basketball team spent the morning of Thursday, January 7th visiting Commerce Elementary School.

While visiting with the students, the Lions student-athletes shared with students their thoughts on the importance of reading, writing and learning to count. In addition, they read to the students and explained how learning would help them do what they wanted to do later in life.
