Series Information: A&M-Commerce and Eastern New Mexico meet for the 50 th time in the series history Saturday with the Zias holding a 29-20 advantage. In recent years, the Lions have had the upper hand, however, winning five-straight over Eastern New Mexico, including a thrilling 64-63 victory in Commerce last season. The Lions are 6-4 in their last 10 against the Zias and have won three-straight over Eastern New Mexico at the Field House.

Harris Continues To Post Big Season for A&M-Commerce
Sophomore Breanna Harris has been a key contributor early in the season for A&M-Commerce, ranking second on the team in points per game (10.2) while leading the Lions in rebounds per game (9.3). Against Newman, Harris scored 14 points while pulling down 11 rebounds, including seven offensive for her fourth double-double of the season. She notched double-doubles against Central State (Nov. 26), at Incarnate Word (Dec. 7) and at Texas Woman's (Dec. 13), including opening up her A&M-Commerce career with 17 points at Southeastern Oklahoma, a career-best.

Dixon Paces Lion Offensive Attack
Sophomore Danielle Dixon has been the focal point of the A&M-Commerce offense in 2011, averaging 15.2 points per game to lead the Lions. She has recorded double figures in nine of the Lions' first 10 games, including a season-high 23 points against Newman on December 29. Dixon ranks fifth in the conference in points per game, averaging 15.2 while ranking among the conference leaders in a handful of other categories.

Lions Among the Lone Star Conference Leaders
Heading into the bulk of the Lone Star Conference season, a pair of Lions sit among the Lone Star Conference statistical leaders. Danielle Dixon ranks fifth in points per game (15.2), 12 th in both free throw percentage (75.0) and three-point percentage (29.4) and tied for 11 th in three pointers made (1.0 per game). Breanna Harris leads the LSC in both rebounds per game (9.3) and offensive rebounds per game (4.8) while ranking fourth in field goal percentage (50.0), ninth in defensive rebounds per game (4.6) and 24 th in points per game (10.2).

Following the pair of games this week, the Lions remain at home at the Field House hosting Abilene Christian on Wednesday, January 11 at 6 p.m. A&M-Commerce then heads to San Angelo for a meeting with Angelo State on Saturday, January 14, with the opening tip at 5:30 p.m.
