The Pioneers are currently second place in the conference with a 4-1-1 record on LSC play. Texas Woman's are undefeated in their last four with a 3-0-1 record. This is surprise because TWU was picked to finish last in the conference in the preseason poll. The Pioneers are lead by Brittany Martin (#21) with 19 points on the season, second place in the conference. Martin also leads the team in shots and shots on goal. Also on offense for Texas Woman's is Katy Black (#8), leads the team in assists with five; Taylor Maxson (#25) has two goals and two assists and Emily Davila (#11) with two goals and one assists. Given all of the offense Texas Woman's possess this could be a low scoring game with A&M-Commerce and Texas Woman's ranking second and third in goals allowed per game.
