Dr. Hulsey is a 1988 graduate of East Texas State and has been involved with the sports medicine team for Lion Athletics for over 25 years. He has been the Lions’ physical therapist, has taught numerous classes, and supported Lion Athletics in countless capacities.

Dr. Hulsey is one of the biggest supporters of Lion Athletics in every sense of the word.
