COMMERCE, Texas – For more than 60 years, A&M-Commerce has called The Field House the home to numerous teams, all with the same floor under their feet.
 
This summer Lion Athletics is giving the facility its first significant facelift with a new playing surface for Lion basketball and volleyball.
 
The change offers a unique opportunity for Lion fans to own their own piece of Lion history as Lion Athletics has salvaged parts of the floor and is making them available to purchase. Supplies are limited, as are strips in both blue and yellow colorings.

Floor pieces will come in 12-inch pieces and are available for $25 apiece, or a five-piece bundle can be purchased for $100. All proceeds will go toward the Lion Athletic Club.

Fans interested in owning a piece of Lion Athletics history can do so by printing off the order form and mailing in this with checks to be made payable to the Lion Athletic Club.
