COMMERCE– The Texas A&M University-Commerce soccer team lost 6-0 to Metro State on Thursday in both teams' season openers. The Lions fell behind early and could not stem the Roadrunner attack.

The loss brings the Lions' record to 0-1-0 while Metro State begins the season 1-0-0.

The Lions return to action on Saturday with a home match against Westminster. The match will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Lion Soccer Field.
