COMMERCE – Texas A&M University-Commerce soccer player Kaydence Ramirez scored twice last week and was named the Under Armour Student-Athlete of the Week as a result.  
 
Ramirez (Waxahachie) added a late goal in the Lions' 2-0 win at Southeastern on Friday and scored the match-winner for A&M-Commerce at Nicholls last Sunday. She has scored four goals on the seasons.
 
The Lions lead the Southland Conference with a 4-0 record and host Houston Christian on Friday at 7 p.m.
 
The Under Armour Student-Athlete of the Week is awarded by Lion Athletics each week during the academic year.
