COMMERCE – Texas A&M University-Commerce men's basketball student-athlete Tommie Lewis has been selected as the Under Armour Student-Athlete of the Week on Monday morning.
 
Lewis (Vero Beach, Fla.) posted a double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds in a true road win at Saint Joseph's. He averaged 14 points and 6.5 rebounds in a 2-0 week for the Lions last week. At home against Science & Arts in 16 minutes, he totaled 13 points and three rebounds and led the team with five assists.
 
The Lions are home for two games this week, hosting Stonehill at 7 p.m. on Monday and Denver at 1 p.m. on Sunday.
