COMMERCE – Texas A&M University-Commerce women's track and field student-athlete Jenneil Jacobie has been selected as this week's Under Armour Student-Athlete of the Week.

Jacobie (Piat Gros Islet, Saint Lucia) cleared 5 feet 7 inches (1.70m) in the high jump at the Howie Ryan Invitational last weekend, which is a new personal best. Her new season-best mark stands fourth in the Southland Conference and top 25 in the South Central region.

The Lions compete in the Arkansas Qualifier on Friday to close out the regular season portion of the indoor schedule.
