COMMERCE – East Texas A&M University soccer player Allyson Reed and football player Dylan Scott are this week's Dixie Turman State Farm Agency Student-Athletes of the Week. 

Reed (Cleburne) scored two goals in the 3-0 win for East Texas A&M over Southeastern last week. She also leads the conference in shots as ET picked up its first conference win of the year. The Lion soccer team hosts Lamar this Thursday at 7:30 p.m.  

Scott (Aubrey - Braswell) had team-best nine tackles in the narrow loss at McNeese, including five solo tackles. The Lion football team welcomes UTRGV at 6 p.m. on Saturday for the homecoming game, presented by Brookshire's.
