East Texas A&M University Athletics

Competed in 38 meets in her three-year A&M-Commerce career... Had 26 top-5 finishes in her career, including nine first-place finishes... Finished her career as the school record holder as a member of the outdoor 4x400m relay and the indoor 4x400m relay teams... Was a two-time All-American honoree, a three-time All-Region selection and a two-time All-Conference honoree.

2019 (Outdoor): Competed in four meets as a senior... Placed first in the 4x400m, second in the 4x100m and seventh in the 100m at the East Texas Invitational (4/12)... Set a season-best time in the 400m at the Oliver Jackson Twilight (4/25).

2019 (Indoor): Competed in five meets in the sprint events... Placed fourth in the 4x400m relay at the Pittsburg State Invitational (1/26)... Set a season-best time in the 400m at the Texas Tech Open (2/2)... Set a career-best time in the 200m at the LSC Indoor Championships (2/17).

2018 (Outdoor): First Team All-American in the 4x400m relay... USTFCCCA All-South Central Region in the 4x400m relay... First Team All-LSC... Competed in nine meets in the sprints... Placed second in the 4x400m and fourth in the 4x100m relay at the UTA Bobby Lane Invitational (3/24)... Placed first in the 4x400m and fourth in the 4x100m at the ASU David Noble Relays (4/8)... Placed first in the 4x400m relay and fourth in the 4x100m relay at the LSC Outdoor Championships (5/5)... Also set season-bests in both the 200m (25.63) and the 400m (57.71) at the same meet... Placed first in the 4x100m relay at the ACU Last Chance Meet (5/13), helping set the A&M-Commerce record... Placed fifth in the 4x400m relay at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships (5/26), helping set an A&M-Commerce record and earning All-America status.

2018 (Indoor): First Team All-American in the 4x400m... USTFCCCA All-South Central Region in the 4x400m... First Team All-LSC... Gold Medalist in the 4x400m... Competed in five meets in the sprint events... Set a season-best time in the 60m at the Gorilla Classic (2/10), placing 20th... Won the gold medal as part of the 4x400m relay team at the LSC Indoor Championships (2/24)... Also set a season-best in the 200m at the same meet... Placed fifth in the 4x400m relay with an A&M-Commerce record time of 3.44.60 at the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships (3/10).

2017 (Outdoor): Named to the All-Region Team in the 4x400m relay... First Team All-LSC in the 4x400m relay... Competed in eight meets in the sprints and relays... Finished second in the 4x400m relay at the ASU David Noble Relays (4/8)... Finished first in both the 4x100m and the 4x400m relays at the East Texas Invitational (4/15)... Also placed seventh in the 100m at the same meet... Finished fifth with a season-best time of 1:00.97 in the 400m at the Bobcat Twilight (4/21)...  Also placed second in the 4x400m relay at the same meet... Part of the 4x400m relay team that finished first at the LSC Championships (5/6), posting an NCAA provisional mark... Also set season-best times in the 100m (12.51) and the 200m (25.86) at the same meet.

2017 (Indoor): Competed in six meets in the sprints... Set her season-best time of 45.19 in the 300m at the Crimson & Gold Invitational (12/10/16)... Finished in second as part of the 4x400m relay team at the MSSU Southern Invitational (1/20)... Set her season-best time of 1:02.96 in the 400m at the Dunamis Sports Group College Classic I (2/9)... Set best times in the 60m (7.78) and the 200m (25.90) at the LSC Indoor Championships (2/18).

2016 (Outdoor): Ran in one meet as a redshirt freshman… Placed eighth in the 100-meters with a time of 12.49 at the East Texas Invitational (4/16)… Also placed 14th in the 200-meters with a time of 26.59.
 
Prior to A&M-Commerce: Four-year letter winner in track and field at Lone Star… Also lettered three times in cross country and once in wrestling… Part of the 3A 2013 State Championship team… Set a personal best of 58.8 in the 400-meters in 2014… Placed eighth in the 60-meters and fourth in the high jump at the NCCAA Nationals during her one year at Southwestern Christian University.
 
Personal: Born October 23, 1996… Daughter of John Jr. and Theresa Spann… Majoring in Psychology.
