Competed in 58 meets in his A&M-Commerce career, both in cross country and track & field... Finishes career as a school record holder as a member of the outdoor sprint medley relay team and the record holder in the indoor 1,000m... Was a three-time All-Conference selection... 2018 (Cross Country): Competed in all six meets as a senior... Set a career-best time of 26:43.4 at the East Texas Shootout (10/12), placing 12th... Finished sixth at the Angelo State Blue & Gold (10/23)... Placed 42nd at the LSC Championships (11/3)... Also competed in the NCAA Regional Championships (11/17).

2018 (Outdoor): Competed in four meets in the middle distance and long distance events... Placed fifth in the 800m with a season-best time (1:57.06) at the UTA Bobby Lane Invitational (3/24)... Placed fourth in the 3000m steeplechase at the East Texas Invitational (4/14)... Placed eighth in the 3000m steeplechase with a season-best time (10:26.49) at the LSC Outdoor Championships (5/5).

2018 (Indoor): Competed in five meets in the middle distances... Finished 9th with a season-best time of 2:40.47 in the 1000m at the Texas Tech Matador Qualifier (2/16), setting an A&M-Commerce record... Placed sixth in the 800m with a season-best time of 1:55.44 at the LSC Indoor Championships (2/24)... Also competed in the mile and set a season-best time of 4:57.52.

2017 (Cross Country): Did not compete in a meet.

2017 (Outdoor): Second Team All-LSC in the 3000m steeplechase... Competed in six meets in the middle distance events... Set a season-best time of 58.12 in the 400m hurdles at the ASU David Noble Relays (4/8)... Placed fourth in the steeplechase in the same meet... Set a season-best time of 52.07 in the 400m at the East Texas Invitational (4/15), placing 14th... Also placed first in the steeplechase at the same meet... Placed third in the 800m at the Bobcat Twilight (4/21)... Set a season-best time of 4:06.88 in the 1500m at the LSC Outdoor Championships (5/6), placing 13th... Also finished second in the steeplechase with a career-best time of 9:38.21... Set a season-best time of 1:54.92 in the 800m at the MSSU Last Chance (5/12), placing third.

2017 (Indoor): First Team All-LSC Selection in the distance medley relay... Competed in six meets in the distance events... Set a personal-best in the mile run, posting a time of 4:25.38 at the Crimson & Gold Invitational (12/10/16), placing fifth... Also set a season-best in the 3000m (9:28.04) at the same meet... Set a season-best time of 1:56.05 in the 800m at the Gorilla Classic (2/10), placing seventh... Part of the distance medley relay team that placed first in the LSC Indoor Championships (2/18), earning him a All-Conference selection.

2016 (Cross Country): Competed in two meets as a sophomore… Placed seventh in a season-best 27:22.3 at the Lois Davis Invitational (10/8)… Placed 35th at the LSC Championships (10/22)… Also competed in the NCAA Division II South Central Region Championships (11/5).
 
2016 (Outdoor): Appeared in eight meets, competing in the 800 and 1500-meters, the 3000-meter steeplechase and the 4x400 meter relay…Placed second in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the UT Arlington Bobby Lane Invitational (3/26)… Had his best meet at the East Texas Invitational (4/16), placing second in both the 800-meters and the 3000-meter steeplechase and third in the 4x400 meter relay… Personal-best of 4:00.98 in the 1500-meters at the ACU Oliver Jackson Twilight Meet (4/27), placing fourth… Finished fourth in the 800-meters and set a personal-best of 9:39.29 in the 3000-meter steeplechase in a third-place finish at the LSC Championships (5/5)… Personal-best 1:50.66 at the SHSU Last Chance (5/14), finishing second.
 
2016 (Indoor): Competed in four meets, participating in the 800 and 3000-meter run, the mile run and the distance medley relay… Season-best 1:54.88 at the Pittsburg State Invitational (1/29), placing 14th… Season-best 4:33.73 mile run at the MSSU Lion Invitational (2/5), finishing 13th… Also placed first in the distance medley relay in the same meet… Season best of 9:23.06 in the 3000m at the Gorilla Classic (2/12)… Third place in the distance medley relay and sixth in the 800-meters at the LSC Championships (2/20).

Prior to A&M-Commerce: Heart of a Champion award winner… Two-time All-District in cross country… All-State and All-State Academic in track… Four-time letter winner in cross country and track and field at Poteet… Ran in the 800 and 1600-meters, the 300-meter hurdles and the 4x400-meter relay and the 5K in cross country… Set times of 1:55 in the 800-meters, 4:33 in the 1600-meters, 0:39 in the 300-meter hurdles and 16:33 in the 5K… Two-time district champions and one-time area champion in track.
