2019 (Outdoor): Competed in three meets in the distance events... Set a season-best time in the 1500m at the East Texas Invitational (4/12)... Placed first in the 10K with a season-best time at the Oliver Jackson Twilight (4/25)... Placed 11th in the 10K and set a season-best time in the 5K at the LSC Outdoor Championships (5/4).

2019 (Indoor): Did not compete in a meet.

2018 (Cross Country): Competed in all six meets as a junior... Placed 15th at the East Texas Shootout (10/12)... Placed 11th at the Angelo State Blue & Gold (10/23)... Placed 43rd at the LSC Championships (11/3)... Also competed at the NCAA Regional Championships (11/17).

2018 (Outdoor): Competed in four meets in the distance events... Set a season-best time in the 1500m (5:10.58) at the UTA Bobby Lane Invitational (3/24)... Placed fifth in the 3000m steeplechase with a season-best time (13:14.75) at the East Texas Invitational (4/14)... Placed first in the 5K with a season-best time (20:16.76).

2018 (Indoor): Academic All-LSC... Competed in five meets in the distance events... Finished 10th in the 5000m at the Crimson & Gold Invitational (12/9)... Finished 22nd in the 3000m at the Texas Tech Open (2/3)... Placed 16th in the 5000m at the LSC Indoor Championships (2/24).

2017 (Cross Country): Named Academic All-Conference... Competed in five meets as a sophomore... Finished eighth at the East Texas Shootout 4K (9/8) with a time of 15:53.9... Ran a season-best 5K time of 19:35.5 at the Chile Pepper Festival (9/30)... Finished 24th at the LSC Championships (10/21)... Placed 101st at the NCAA South Central Regional meet (11/4), setting a season-best 6K time of 24:21.2.

2017 (Outdoor): Competed in four meets in the long distance events... Set a season-best time of 19:51.38 in the 5000m at the Bobby Lane Invitational (3/24)... Placed fifth in the 1500m and seventh in the 5000m at the ASU David Noble Relays (4/8)... Finished third with a season-best time of 42:52.54 in the 10,000m at the East Texas Invitational (4/15)... Finished 12th with a season-best time of 5:07.31 in the 1500m at the LSC Outdoor Championships (5/6)... Also finished 18th in the 5000m at the same meet.

2017 (Indoor): Competed in five meets in the distance events as a freshman... Set a season-best time of 19:41.57 in the 5000m at the Crimson & Gold Invitational (12/10/16), placing eighth... Set a season-best time of 11:50.86 in the 3000m at the MSSU Southern Invitational (1/20)... Ran her season-best mile (5:42.21) at the Pittsburg State Invitational (1/28)... Finished 13th in the 5000m and 15th in the mile at the LSC Indoor Championships (2/18).

2016 (Cross Country): Competed in four meets as a freshman… Set a best time of 20:33.5 in the 5K at the Chile Pepper Festival (10/1)… Placed eighth in the 5K at the Lois Davis Invitational (10/8)… Placed 49th in the 6K at the LSC Championships (10/22).

Prior to A&M-Commerce: Four-year letter winner in cross country and three-year winner in track and field at Rowlett… District champion in the 3200-meters… Was named First Team All-District, MVP and was an Eagle Award winner.
