Competed in 51 meets as both a cross country and track & field athlete in his A&M-Commerce career... Had 19 top-10 finishes in his career, including one first place finish... Was a four-time All-Academic team selection.

2019 (Outdoor): Academic All-LSC... Competed in six meets in the distance events... Placed eighth in the 5K with a season-best time at the East Texas Quad (3/22)... Finished fifth in the 1500m at the ASU David Noble Relays (4/6)... Placed 14th with a career-best time in the 1500m at the East Texas Invitational (4/12)... Finished in first place with a season-best time in the 10K at the Oliver Jackson Twilight (4/25).

2019 (Indoor): Competed in five meets as a senior... Placed 10th in the 3K at the Red Raider Invite (1/18)... Set a season-best time in the mile at the Texas Tech Open (2/2)... Set a season-best time in the 3K at the Indoor Gorilla Classic (2/9)... Set a season-best tinme in the 5K at the LSC Indoor Championships (2/17).

2018 (Outdoor): Competed in five meets in the distance events... Finished 10th in the 5K with a season-best time (15:58.79) at the UTA Bobby Lane Invitational (3/24)... Placed ninth in the 1500m with a career-best time (4:11.99) at the ASU David Noble Relays (4/8)... Placed second in the 5K at the Bobcat Classic (4/28)... Finished 12th in the 10K with a season-best time (33:38.35) at the LSC Outdoor Championships (5/5).

2018 (Indoor): Academic All-LSC... Competed in four meets in the distance events... Set a season-best time of 15:41.78 in the 5000m at the Crimson & Gold Invitational (12/9), placing 11th... Finished ninth with a season-best time of 8:51.25 in the 3000m at the Gorilla Classic (2/10)... Placed sixth in the 3000m and 14th in the 5000m at the LSC Indoor Championships (2/24).

2017 (Cross Country): Named Academic All-Conference... Competed in all six meets as a sophomore... Finished 15th at the East Texas Shootout 6K (9/8) with a time of 19:30.4... Ran a season-best 8K time of 27:14.5 at the MSSU Southern Stampede (9/16), placing 77th...  Ran a season-best 10K time of 34:05.0 at the Chile Pepper Festival (9/30)... Finished 12th at the Lois Davis Invitational (10/6) and 24th at the LSC Championships (10/21)… Also ran at the NCAA South Central Regional meet (11/4).

2017 (Outdoor): Competed in four meets in the long distances... Finished third in the 10,000m at the East Texas Invitational (4/15)... Set a season-best time of 32:54.09 in the 10,000m at the LSC Outdoor Championships (5/6), placing eighth... Also set a career-best time of 15:52.20 in the 5000m at the same meet, placing 13th.

2017 (Indoor): Competed in four meets in the long distances... Set a personal-best in the 5000m at the Crimson & Gold Invitational (12/10/16) with a time of 15:59.58, placing ninth... Had a season best mile (4:37.95) at the MSSU Southern Invitational (1/20)... Placed fifth in the distance medley relay at the same meet... Placed 13th with a season-best time of 9:47.52 at the LSC Indoor Championships (2/18)... Also finished 15th in the 5000m.

2016 (Cross Country): Academic All-LSC... Competed in four meets as a sophomore… Ran a season best 26:19.0 at the MSSU Stampede University Open (9/17), placing 40th… Placed 33rd at the LSC Championships… Also competed in the NCAA Division II South Central Region Championships (11/5).
 
2016 (Outdoor): Competed in five meets in various distances… Ran 4:12.20 in the 1500-meters at the ASU David Noble Relays (4/9), finishing in sixth… Ran a season-best 32:45.47 in the 10K at the LSC Championship (5/5), placing ninth… Also ran a season-best 16:02.31 in the 5K at the same meet, finishing in 14th.
 
2016 (Indoor): Competed in three meets, all in different events… Ran a 4:31.64 mile at the Pittsburg State Invitational (1/29)… Ran 9:11:04 in the 3000-meters at the MSSU Lion Invitational (2/5), finishing eighth… Ran 16:20.75 in the 5K at the Gorilla Classic (2/12).
 
2015 (Cross Country): Competed in five events in the 8K and 10K runs… Ran a season-best 27:10.1 in the 8K at the Oklahoma Baptist University Invitational (10/10)… Ran in the 10K at the NCAA Division II South Central Region Championships (11/7).
 
Prior to A&M-Commerce: Named Second Team All-State… School record 4:31 in the 1600-meters… Four-time letter winner in cross country and track and field… Ran in the 1600 and 3200 meters in track and the 5K in cross country… Placed third in the 1600-meters at the UIL State Championship.
