2021 (Outdoor): USTFCCCA First Team All-American in 400H and 4x400m relay… LSC Outdoor Track Athlete of the Year… LSC First Team All-Conference… USTFCCCA First Team All-Region selection in the Pole Vault, 400H and 4x400 meter relay… LSC Athlete of the Week (3/31)… Competed in six meets and in multiple events… Placed 5^th in the 4x400 with a time of 3:43.26 and 12^th in the 400H in 59.35 at the 93^rd Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays (3/27)… Took 1^st place in all three events with a 3.60m clearance in the PV, a 59.35 time in the 400H, and a 3:53.65 in the 4x400 at the East Texas Invitational (4/10)… Placed 2^nd in the PV clearing 3.65m at the ACU Oliver Jackson Twilight (4/21)… Won both the PV with a height of 3.86m and the 400H in 1:00.36 at the Joe Gillespie Invitational (4/22)… Competed in the Lone Star Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships (5/8) where she placed 1^st in all events in which she competed including a career-best in PV at 4.04m, 3:47.51 in the 4x400 and the 1:00.39 in the 400H… Wrapped up the year with a 6^th place finish in the 4x400 relay in 3:44.88 and a 3^rd place finish in the 400H in 58.13.   
 
2021 (Indoor): USTFCCCA First Team All-American… USTFCCCA First Team All-Region in the Pole Vault, 400H and 4x400 meter relay… First Team All-LSC selection in the 400m, Pole Vault and 4x400 relay… LSC Indoor Track & Field All-Academic First Team…Participated in five meets and in multiple events… Took 4^th in the 4x400 relay with a time of 4:00.27, 3^rd in the 200m at 25.46 and 2^nd in the PV clearing 3.76 at the Crimson & Gold Invitational (1/16)… Placed 8^th in the 200m with a 25.65 performance, 5^th in the PV clearing a height of 3.67m, and 2^nd on the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:54.50 at the 2021 Ichabod Invite (2/13)… Earned the gold in the PV clearing the 3.84m mark, won as a member of the 4x400 relay in 3:50.84 and took home another gold in the 400m in 55.87 at the Lone Star Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/21)… Placed 2^nd and cleared 3.68m in the PV at the UIndy Last Chance meet (2/28)… Took home 3^rd in the 400m in a time of 55.49 at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships (3/13).

2020 (Indoor): USTFCCCA First Team All-American in the 4x400 relay and 400m… USTFCCCA All-Region selection in Pole Vault, 4x400 relay and 400m… LSC First Team All-Conference selection in 400m and Pole Vault… Member of the LSC All-Academic Team… LSC Indoor Track Athlete of the Week (1/21)…Competed in five meets in multiple events… Started the year at the Corky Classic (1/18) where she placed 4^th in the Pole Vault clearing 3.68m and took 1^st in the 400m with a time of 44.43… Participated in the Wendy’s/Pittsburg State Invitational (2/1) as she placed 5^th as a part of the 4x400 team in 3:54.57, 6^th in the PV at a height of 3.83m and 14^th in the 200m with a time of 25.32, which is a career-best… Ran her way to 7^th in the 400m in 56.75 at the 5^th Annual Indoor Classic (2/15)… Competed in the Lone Star Indoor Track & Field Championships () where she took home the gold in PV clearing 3.65m, won the 100m in a career-best 54.66, and part of the 2^nd place 4x400 team with a time of 3:49.17… Took advantage of the Boston University Last Chance Qualifier (2/28) as she placed 1^st as a part of the 4x400 team who finished in 3:46.46.

2019 (Outdoor): First Team All-American in the 400m hurdles... USTFCCCA All-South Central Region in the 400m hurdles and the 4x400m relay... LSC Outdoor Female Field Athlete of the Year... First Team All-LSC... Competed in seven meets in the sprints, hurdles and pole vault... Placed first in the pole vault with a season-best mark at the East Texas Quad (3/22)... Placed first in the 4x400m relay at the ASU David Noble Relays (4/6)... Placed first in the pole vault and third in the 400m hurdles at the LSC Outdoor Championships (5/4)... Placed second in the 400m hurdles in a season-best time at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships (5/25), earning First Team All-America honors.

2019 (Indoor): First Team All-American in the pole vault... Second Team All-American in the 400m and the 4x400m... USTFCCCA All-South Central Region in the 400m, 4x400m relay and pole vault... LSC Indoor Female Field Athlete of the Year... First Team All-LSC... two-Gold medalist and one-time Silver medalist... Set school record in the 400m and the pole vault... Competed in six meets in the sprints and pole vault... Placed first in the pole vault and fifth in the 4x400m relay at the Texas Tech Open (2/2)... Set a season-best time in the 200m at the Indoor Gorilla Classic (2/9)... Placed first in the 400m with a school record time and also placed first in the pole vault and second in the 4x400m relay at the LSC Indoor Championships (2/17)... Placed sixth in the pole vault with a school record height at the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships (3/9), earning First Team All-America honors... Also earned Second Team All-America honors in both the 400m and the 4x400m relay.

2018 (Outdoor): First Team All-American in the 400m hurdles and the 4x400m relay... USTFCCCA All-South Central Region in the 400m hurdles, the 4x400m relay and the pole vault... First Team All-LSC... LSC Women's Track Athlete of the Week (3/28)... Competed in eight meets in the relays, hurdles and pole vault, posting 14 top-five finishes, including six first-place finishes... Placed second in the 400m hurdles and fifth in the pole vault at the UTA Bobby Lane Invitational (3/24)... Placed first in the 4x400m relay and fourth in the pole vault at the ASU David Noble Relays (4/8)... Placed first in the pole vault with an A&M-Commerce record mark (3.85m) at the East Texas Invitational (4/14)... Also placed first in the pole vault and 4x400m relay at the same meet... Placed first in the 400m hurdles with an A&M-Commerce record time (58.13) at the LSC Outdoor Championships (5/5)... Also placed first in the 4x400m relay and second in the pole vault... Placed fifth in the 4x400m relay at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships (5/26), helping set an A&M-Commerce record and earning All-America status... 2018 (Indoor): First Team All-American in the 4x400m... USTFCCCA All-South Central Region in the 400m, 4x400m and pole vault... First Team All-LSC... Gold Medalist in the 4x400m and the pole vault... Bronze Medalist in the 400m... LSC Women's Field Athlete of the Week (2/21)... Competed in six meets in the sprints and the pole vault, placing in the top five 11 times... Placed second in the 600y at the Crimson & Gold Invitational (12/9), setting an A&M-Commerce record time of 1:24.87... Placed second in the pole vault at the Texas Tech Red & Black Open (1/26)...
