ARMS: NCAA Forms, Calendar/CARA logs, and Communication
ARMS Software is our new platform for student-athlete forms, team calendars, and communication. Please make sure you download the app and keep your contact information up-to-date so you do not miss out on important information!
To log in to ARMS, click the link below and log in using your Leomail email address for the username and CWID for the password.

- My Dashboard
- On My Dashboard, you will find any forms or CARA logs needing your review and forms you need to complete. There is also a link to launch a new workflow and to update your contact information.
- My Calendar
- On My Calendar, you will find your practice & competition schedule, appointments scheduled by the Athletic Trainers, and meetings through the Thrower Center.
- Workflow Launchpad
- Under the Workflow Launchpad, you will find the following forms, with more to come:
- Outside/Unattached Competition Request
- Transportation Release Request
- Student-Athlete Employment
JumpForward: Complimentary Ticket Requests
The sign up guests for complimentary admissions to ticketed home events in your sport, please log into JumpForward. If you do not know your password, please select “Forgot your password?” to reset your password.
