On home football game days, the West Box Office will open two hours prior to kickoff and the East Box Office will open two hours prior to kickoff. Both box offices will remain open until the end of the third quarter.

Animals are prohibited within Memorial Stadium, with the exception of certified service animals. Please contact Lion Sales and Service at (903) 468-8756 to make accommodations prior to the game.

The TAMUC Lion Athletics app will provide fans a one-stop-shop location for fans to experience gameday, featuring multimedia content, schedules, live stats, team information and fan guides. The new app will also feature new promotional offers for fans from various Lion corporate partners.

There are no ATMs located at Memorial Stadium. There is an ATM machine available just across Highway 24 at Alliance Bank, a proud corporate partner of Lion Athletics. Ticket box offices, concessions, and the Under Armour merchandise store accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover debit/credit cards.

Baby changing stations are available in Memorial Stadium public restrooms, with the exception of the portable restroom located in the Southwest corner of the stadium.

All bags and containers are subject to inspection by gate security prior to entering Memorial Stadium. Please leave all unnecessary or prohibited items in your vehicle or at home. Prohibited items include coolers, outside food or drinks, and large bags or backpacks.

Athletic concessions has taken on a new look for 2023. In addition to Sodexo selling popcorn, candy, peanuts, beer, wine, soda, and water sales, our new Lion Food Garden - located in the Southwest corner of Memorial Stadium – will house multiple food trucks and a snow cone stand.

The “Roaming Lion” food truck will continue to serve your classic game day food. Available on game days will be local food trucks that include Dos Gringos Locos, Kona Ice, Smith Street BBQ

Alcohol sales will be available at permanent concession stands and satellite locations. Alcohol is not permitted to leave Memorial Stadium. Adults (at least 21 years of age) are able to purchase beer and wine until the start of the fourth quarter.

Major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover) are accepted at Memorial Stadium box offices, concessions, and merchandise areas. Ticket purchases can be made via credit/debit card in advance and on game day at Memorial Stadium Box Offices.

Evacuation routes will be determined by Public Safety personnel (Police, Fire, Event Management). Please remain calm and follow the directions of the Public Address announcements and the nearest Event Management personnel.

The Southland Conference and Lion Athletics promote good sporting conduct from student-athletes, coaches, and spectators. Your cooperation in supporting the game participants and officials in a positive manner is expected. Texas A&M University-Commerce encourages the following best practices:

Unacceptable Behaviors:
Disruptive, unruly, or intoxicated behavior

Rudeness to fellow fans or stadium personnel
Interfering with the progress of the event
Throwing objects or entering the field of play
Using any form of tobacco, including E-Cigarettes, in Lion Athletic venues

Fans who display unacceptable behaviors will be subject to ejection, loss of season tickets, and possible arrest at the discretion of stadium personnel. To enforce these policies, Lion event security is located throughout the venue. Guests who cannot comply with these rules are subject to ejection.

Direct all first aid requests and medical emergency needs to the closest facility staff member in order to meet your specific needs as quickly as possible.

Where is the restroom? How do I get to my seat? Why was this my best football experience ever? No matter the question, we always have an answer with the Lion Athletics Game Day Ambassadors. 

The Game Day Ambassadors can be found at major access points of Memorial Stadium wearing a bright smile and a grey Under Armour polo.

Game programs are available free of charge at all Lion Athletics events. Programs will either be located at the Fan Relations table in the concourse, behind the West side box office or at designated entrances within the venue. 

All Memorial Stadium gates will open ninety (90) to kick-off for the general public.

If you have lost an item during the event, please contact the nearest Lion Athletics staff member, usher, or University Police officer for assistance. You may also turn in any found items to our Fan Relations table, West Box Office or a University Police officer. Items turned in will be transferred directly to UPD upon the completion of the event. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity if not collected from UPD at (903) 886-5868 within one week following the event.

Lion Athletics and Under Armour merchandise can be purchased at the Under Armour merchandise store, located in the West concourse of Memorial Stadium. On non-event days, merchandise can be purchased at the University Bookstore on the first floor of the Rayburn Student Center. You can also Click Here to purchase merchandise online.

In order to promote a great experience for all; cow bells, horns, megaphones, whistles, and other artificial noisemakers are prohibited at Memorial Stadium, per NCAA and Southland Conference policy. Prohibited items may be confiscated.

The selling of merchandise, food, beverages, or other items on the property is strictly prohibited without prior authorization by Lion Athletics personnel.

Hand-held and pocket-sized portable radios are allowed in Lion Athletics venues. Please be considerate of other patrons and utilize an earpiece or headphones.

There is a No Re-Entry policy at all Lion football games. If a fan or student exits at any point during the game, they must purchase a new ticket to re-enter the venue.

A limited amount of RV parking is available for A&M-Commerce football games. Fans wishing to park their RVs need to call in advance for reservations and accommodations.

Purchasing tickets prior to game day guarantees the best seats to Lion Athletics events, and avoid any lines on game day. Customers can make a request for new season tickets at any time. Season ticket holders are able to pre-order single game tickets before they go on sale to the general public. Please contact Lion Sales and Services at (903) 468-3027 for all season ticket requests.

Suspicious activity, disruptive patrons, and guest-related problems should be reported to a Lion Athletics staff member, usher, or University Police officer immediately. Uncooperative patrons showing disregard for other patrons, the venue, or the teams may be ejected from the facility. Intoxicated persons will not be allowed into the stadium. An ejected patron will not be allowed to return for the remainder of the game. Re-entry by an ejected patron is grounds for arrest.

Starting three hours prior to kickoff, two shuttle buses will pick up passengers at major parking lots on campus, dropping them off at the tailgate area. Lion fans will also be able to use the LionSafe app for a live view of game day shuttle locations.

Memorial Stadium offers reserved seating available in Sections C, D, and E of the West side. All other bleacher seating within the venue is considered general admission seating.

If you are interested in purchasing tickets, there are three ways:

Children three (3) years of age and up are required to have a ticket in order to gain entry to an A&M-Commerce sporting event. Children under that age may enter without a ticket, but must sit on their parent or guardian's lap. Individuals are considered “Children” and are eligible for a “Child” ticket, if they are under the age of 13. 

Lost tickets should be reported to Lion Sales and Service immediately. Tickets can be tracked, voided, and replaced with a valid photo I.D.

Lion Athletics is in the midst of a comprehensive institutional partnership with Under Armour. As part of this long-term agreement, Under Armour outfits each of our 14 sports programs and also provides unique brand engagement opportunities to the entire institution.

No professional camera equipment may be used at A&M-Commerce athletic events by persons without proper media credentials. This includes any type of detachable lens or flashes. Those videotaping or taking professional photographs of a Lion athletic event without proper media credentials will have their media (memory card, film, etc.) confiscated by an usher.

Under Texas A&M University-Commerce Rule 34.06.02.R1 Carrying Concealed Handguns on Campus, procedure 3.3.14, a license holder is prohibited from carrying a concealed handgun (so long as effective notice is given under section 30.06 of the Texas Penal Code) where a collegiate sporting event is taking place. 

Lion Athletics does not provide wheelchairs for patron use.

There will be “Will Call” available at the West Box Office of Memorial Stadium on game day. All tickets will be available for pickup two (2) hours prior to kick-off on game days.

There will also be a “Pass List” available at the entrance North of the West box office. Per NCAA bylaws, student-athletes are permitted to admit four (4) family members into each home game. These names must be submitted 24 hours before the start of the event and approved through Lion Athletics. The Pass List entrance will open ninety (90) prior to kickoff.
