Attract and retain Best in Class student-athletes who achieve comprehensive success Utilize best practices to enhance recruiting relationships regionally, nationally, and internationally Assess quality and safety of student-athlete travel (transportation, lodging, and meals) Advance our apparel partnership and brand alignment with Under Armour Develop innovative approaches to share and promote our unique stories Enhance communication mechanisms prior to, during, and after student-athlete eligibility   Set the standard for attracting, developing, and retaining quality personnel Proactively and positively recruit coaches and staff Evolve an equitable and thorough recruitment, interview, and selection process Evaluate compensation plans on a competitive scale Continue to support professional development opportunities Recognize professional and personal achievements regularly  Create Athletics Facility Master Plan to address competitive success for 2019-2024 Formalize a detailed plan which aligns championship level facilities with institutional priorities  Develop detailed facility plans which ensure long-term functionality and aesthetics Regularly update campus and external constituencies on evolving needs and priorities  Enhance competitive scheduling opportunities on the NCAA regional and national level Ensure coaches and executive team review scheduling philosophies annually for each program Encourage effort to maintain local and regional rivalries Develop opportunities to promote fan interest and attendance Consider travel which minimizes missed class time
