Convey and promote the Lion Athletics brand and message in a cohesive and compelling way, fostering unique interaction and engagement with all constituents.

Goals
 
Implement progressive and efficient internal communication lines
  • Develop a comprehensive and responsive scheduling tool for all athletic facilities
  • Enhance methods for educating coaches and staff on relevant internal processes and procedures
  • Emphasize the Lions Helping Lions publication widely
  • Implement digital and social media strategy training for coaches and staff
 
Promote consistent brand awareness across all platforms
  • Use the “Best in Class” mission on all communication
  • Expand recognition and impact of the Lion Athletics brand 
  • Audit social media accounts to ensure consistency and maximum impact
 
Foster interaction with T-Association, current donors, and prospective donors
  • Create best practices for engaging current and prospective donors and corporate partners
  • Implement mechanism for former student-athletes to regularly update contact information
  • Formalize strategic collaboration templates with Alumni Relations & Institutional Advancement
  • Create a monthly T-Association / LSP / LCF E-Newsletter
  • Host an annual T-Association event per team
