FOOTBALL TAILGATE POLICIES
In order to advance our athletics mission and offer an enhanced fan experience to our alumni and student body, Texas A&M University-Commerce Athletics has revised its Tailgate and parking policies and procedures. Our number one priority is to provide a safe but fun environment for anyone who comes on our campus for an athletic event.

Tailgate spots are assigned on a “first come, first served” basis. 2023 tailgate spot holders have an exclusive window to renew their tailgate spots. All remaining spots will be open to the general public by either going to LionAthletics.com/Tickets or via phone at 903-468-8756.

With the construction of the new Welcome Center, football Tailgate has been moved to the south side of Memorial Stadium, in-between the Music Building and the Amphitheater. Right in the heart of our team’s traditional Lion Walk featuring the Lion Football team, cheerleaders and our Pride Marching Band, this area provides a perfect location for our fan base with easy, accessible access to Memorial Stadium.

To better enhance our fan experience, all Tailgate spots include one (1) reserved parking spot in Lot 2 to allow easy access to your vehicles before and after games. Each tailgate spot is 15 feet wide.

To allow our fan base more time to socialize and enjoy their tailgating experience, tailgating lots have been extended to open FIVE (5) hours prior to kickoff and closes at halftime.
