The Lion Athletics Scholarship Fund (formally the Lion Champions Fund) provides the resources for Lion student-athletes to achieve the following:
All in competitively:
- Six National Championships
- 41 All-Southland Conference honors in 2022–23
- 670 All-American honors in 11 sports
All in academically:
- 171 3.0 GPA student-athletes and 42 4.0 student-athletes in Fall 2023
- 13 Teams with a term GPA above a 3.0
- Higher graduation rate among student-athletes than the general Texas A&M-Commerce student body
All in the community:
Lion Athletics annually supports 350 student-athletes and $4.5 million in scholarships for our 14 NCAA Division I sport programs. We need your support to continue to offer these opportunities. With your contribution, you can be a part of
