PARKING

All parking lots, including designated tailgating lots, are filled on a “first come, first served” basis on the day of the game. All parking lots open FIVE (5) hours prior to kickoff.

RULES

• Parking spots will be filled on a "first come, first served" basis on the day of the game. No spots will be reserved in advance.
• Parked cars are only allowed to occupy one parking spot
• Smokers or other large items that do not fit within the tailgate spot will require purchase of another parking spot. 
• Vehicles parked on Frontage Road, Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, and Welcome Center Lot should be moved at close of business on the day before a home game. Vehicles left in these lots are subject to towing if vehicle is not moved by the morning of the game.
• Smokers or other large items that do not fit within the tailgate spot will require purchase of another parking spot. 
• Unlicensed or uninsured vehicles are prohibited.
• Alcohol is only permitted in designated tailgate locations and for those at least 21 years of age.
• Only service animals are permitted in tailgating locations.
• All patrons are expected to abide by the Student Code of Conduct, all University policies, and all applicable laws. Failure to follow these rules and regulations may result in eviction from the premise with possible University, local, or state action to follow.

TAILGATING

Fan tailgating is only permitted in the Lot 2 and Neal Street. East Texas A&M colleges, academic departments and registered student organizations can reserve a tailgate spot in designated student tailgate area by contact liontickets@etamu.edu.

RULES

• Fan Tailgating is only permitted after purchasing a parking pass in Lot 2 or Neal St.
• Tailgating is limited to surrounding grass areas of Lot 2 and Neal St. or directly behind personal vehicle in these lots. (Tailgating Cannot impede traffic).
• Parked cars are only allowed to occupy one parking spot
• Tailgates cannot block sidewalks or extend into the street.
• Fan tailgate setup can only occur when parking opens on game day.
• Fan tailgating locations will be filled on a "first come, first served" basis on the day of the game. No spots will be reserved in advance.
• University members and student organizations can set up tailgate prior to gameday by contacting liontickets@etamu.edu. University and Lion Athletics are not responsible for any unattended items.
• Alcohol is only permitted in designated tailgate locations and for those at least 21 years of age.
• No glass bottles or cups permitted in tailgate locations.
• Only service animals are permitted in tailgating locations.
• No amplified/mounted speakers are allowed during tailgating. Personal music must be reasonably confined to your tailgate area and may not include vulgar, inappropriate, or explicit lyrics. Game day operations staff and University Police will have sole discretion in determining if the music content and overall volume level of the sound system is appropriate.
• Portable generators should be placed in the least disturbing areas of your tailgate spot. (i.e. In the back of truck, in the middle of the tailgate spot, or have the muffler directed away from the nearest neighbor). 
• Smokers or other large items that do not fit within the tailgate spot will require purchase of another parking spot. 
• All patrons are expected to abide by the Student Code of Conduct, all University policies, and all applicable laws. Failure to follow these rules and regulations may result in eviction from the premise with possible University, local, or state action to follow.

Prior approval from Lion Athletics is needed for 

• Sale of food, beverages or other commercial products
• Fundraising or solicitation
• Banners, signage, and product placement
• Issuing sample products to patrons
• Any advertisement (including political)
