2019 (Indoor): NCAA DII National Champion as part of the 4x400m relay team... First Team All-American in the 4x400m relay... USTFCCCA All-South Central Region in the 4x400m relay... First Team All-LSC... Gold medalist in the 4x400m relay... Set school record in the 4x400m relay... Competed in five meets as a sophomore... Set a season-best time in the 400m at the LSC Indoor Championships (2/17) and was also a member of the first-placed 4x400m relay team... Was a member of the National Championship 4x400m relay team at the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships (3/9), which also broke the school record.

2018 (Outdoor): First Team All-American in the 4x400m... USTFCCCA All-South Central Region in the 4x400m... First Team All-LSC... Competed in seven meets in the sprints and relays... Placed second in the 400m and third in the 4x400m at the UTA Bobby Lane Invitational (3/24)... Placed fourth in the 4x00m relay with an A&M-Commerce record time (3:07.47) at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/21)... Placed first in the 4x400m relay at the LSC Outdoor Championships (5/5)... Set season-bests in the 200m (22.11) and the 400m (47.54) at the same meet... Placed third in the 4x400m relay at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships (5/26), earning All-American status.

2018 (Indoor): Competed in five meets in the sprint events... Placed first with a season-best time in the 600y (1:11.60) at the Crimson & Gold Invitational (12/9)... Finished first in the 4x400m relay at the Pittsburg State Invitational (1/27)... Set season-best times in both the 200m (22.06) and the 400m (48.39) at the LSC Indoor Championships (2/24)... Placed sixth in the 400m.
