Uresti had a successful career at Texas Tech University where she competed with her teammates at all tournaments during her sophomore year. Some of Victoria’s highlights while at TTU include two team wins, and a trip of a lifetime to play at Augusta National.

Prior to her time at TTU, Uresti was a two-time Texas state qualifier out of Anna High School. She qualified for the state tournament as both a junior and senior. Uresti advanced to the regional tournament her final three years. She led the Coyotes to the district title in 2011 and 2012. She was a second-team all-state selection in 2012, honorable mention all-state pick in 2011, and was also a first team all-region honoree her final two years. Uresti medaled at every high school tournament played in 2012. She was the first graduate from her high school to become a Division-I student-athlete.

Uresti earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management, and a Master of Science in Sport Management, both from Texas Tech University, and is originally from Anna, Texas.
