Fall 2009:Averaged 85.33 strokes per round in four tournaments ofaction...shot a season-best and career-best round of 79 in theopening round of the Cheddar's UCO Classic (October 5-6,2009)...tied for 51st at the Cheddar's UCO Classic. 

2008-09: Averaged88.25 strokes per round in four tournaments of action...shot aseason-best round of 80 in the final round of the Coca ColaInvitational (April 14, 2009)...third among her A&M-Commerceteammates at the Coca Cola Invitational...posted a season-bestfinish of tied for 37th at the Pepsi Lion Invitational (March16-17, 2009) as an individual...fourth among her teammates in herA&M-Commerce debut at the St. Edward's Invitational (March 2-3,2009). 

Prior toA&M-Commerce: A four-year letterwinner on the golfteam at nearby Cooper High School...also played on the basketball,softball and tennis teams as well as running track in highschool...named the Female Athlete of the Year as a senior...ingolf, she was a three-time district champion and earnedall-district honors in three sports - golf, basketball andtennis...as a senior, she advanced to the state golf tournament.Oats and her teammates finished second in the district in both golfand softball as a senior.
