2014 (Outdoor): Saw action in five meets for A&M-Commerce, while competing in the Shot Put, Hammer and the Discus ... Recorded new career-bests in the Shot Put (13.06m) and the Hammer (43.32m) over the course of the season ... Registered Top Tens in all but three events all season ... Recorded a season-best finish of third in the Hammer Throw after a throw of 42.48m ... Finished fourth in the Shot Put (13.06m) at the Lone Star Conference Championships (5/1) and 10th in the Hammer Throw (38.02m). 

2014 (Indoor): Competed in every meet for the Lions ... Competed in the Shot Put and the Weight Throw ... Recorded three Top Tens in the Shot Put and three in the Weight Throw ... Finished fourth in the Weight Throw at the UCO Invitational (2/8) with a throw of 13.71m ... Finished eighth in the Shot Put at both the MSSU Lion Invite (1/31) and the UCO Invitational ... Recorded a seventh place (12.00m) in the Shot Put at the Lone Star Conference Championships and a second (16.50m) in the Weight Throw. 

2013: Saw action in eight meets for A&M-Commerce, competing in the discus, hammer and shot put ... Set personal-bests in both the discus (36.33m) and shot put (11.46m) at the Lone Star Conference Championships, finishing 12th in each event ... Logged a career-best hammer throw mark of 42.46 meters at the North Texas Spring Classic, placing eighth ... Finished fifth in the shot put (11.10m) and seventh in the discus (32.69m) at the Oklahoma Baptist SAC Classic ... Made her A&M-Commerce debut by placing second in the hammer (37.04m), fourth in the shot put (10.93m) and eighth in the discus (31.26m) at the Lion Spring Invitational ... Finished second in the hammer (37.27m) and seventh in the discus (31.97m) at the East Texas Invitational ... Finished eighth in the hammer at the LSC Championships with a mark of 39.50 meters.

Prior to A&M-Commerce: Spent one season at Oklahoma Baptist University … Set the school record in the shot-put with a 42' throw … Lettered three times at Oklahoma Centennial High School … Had career best marks of 33' in shot put and 92' in discus … Voted captain of track and field, basketball and softball … Finished third place at regionals in the shot put and ninth place at state in same event ... Also lettered twice in basketball and softball … Received Principal Honor Roll award her senior year at Oklahoma Centennial.

Personal: Born March 5, 1993 ... Daughter of Shnise Nichols ... Plans to major in art.
