Adler Leadlove-Misner is in his first year with East Texas A&M University as the head equipment manager for all 14 sports. Leadlove-Misner oversees a team of students who help all the sports be prepared for success during workouts, practices, and games.
Leadlove-Misner assists the coaches and staff members with other duties as assigned. He joins East Texas A&M from Florida International University (FIU) Panthers.Â
While at FIU, he aided the football program within the equipment department in Conference USA (CUSA) as the head football equipment manager. Leadlove-Misner made sure the football team was ready on and off the field with an excellent group of students. He joined the Panther staff in 2024 from Ottawa University-Arizona (OUAZ) football program.Â
Leadlove-Misner helped the OUAZ Spirit coaching staff from 2021-2023. Adler was in charge of equipment and aided the coaching staff with other duties as assigned. While at OUAZ, he helped the Spirit win three consecutive Sooner Athletic Conference (SAC) Championships while posting a 23-5 record. He joined the Spirit staff in 2021 after spending time at Midland University.Â

While at Midland, Leadlove-Misner helped the coaching staff from 2019-2020 in the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC). He assisted on the offensive side of the ball, while helping the rest of the staff with other tasks.Â

Before attending Midland, Adler spent time at Southwestern College Jaguars in Chula Vista, California, from 2016 to 2018. He was the assistant to the head coach while helping with the quarterbacks. The program posted a 26-7 record while winning three consecutive championships in the California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA).Â

Adler is from El Cajon, California. He graduated from OUAZ with his bachelors in communications. Adler is married to his wife, Tommie, and has a son and daughter.Â
