Bakcha was hired in August 2024 as a Sports Performance Graduate Assistant. While earning his Bachelor’s Degree at DeSales University, he interned in the Strength and Conditioning Department. After graduating, Bakcha then went to Lehigh University to intern. Currently, he is responsible for the sports science and performance training for the men’s and women’s golf and cross-country teams. Ouays was born in Rabat, Morocco.
