Commerce, Texas, Nov. 10. --- East Texas Normal College football team defeated Southern Methodist University scrubs by a score of 13 to 0 today. Both teams were frequently penalized and neither was successful with the forward pass and many plays were stopped on the line. A touchdown in the first quarter by Watson and a goal by Johnston won the game for the home team.
