COMMERCE, TEXAS-The Lions (4-18) look to put a halt to their current 2-match losing streak when Southeastern Oklahoma State (12-11) comes to town on Tuesday, October 21. This match is sponsored by Lake Pointe Medical Center as the dig pink match and fans are encouraged to wear pink to raise awareness for breast cancer research.

The Savage Storm have lost three of their last four matches with the lone winning coming against Great American Conference rival Henderson State. The Storm fell on the road to East Central Oklahoma, Southwestern Oklahoma State and Alabama-Huntsville.

The Storm are led offensively by junior outside hitter Megan Kunkel who has a team high 260 kills and has recorded 13 double-doubles this season. Freshman setter Alissa Benson is averaging 8.26 assists per game and has recorded 719 this season. Defensively Southeastern Oklahoma State are led by a pair of seniors, defensive specialist Kelsey Zerkel and middle blocker Ariel Sanders. Zerkel has a team-high 338 digs on the year and Sanders is averaging .83 blocks per set and has racked up 68.

A&M-Commerce is led by
Amy Davault who continues her quest to 1,000 career kills, needs only 15 more to reach the milestone. Davault has racked up 341 total kills this season, which ties her for second in the nation. Assisting on most of Davault's kills has been freshman setter
Courtney Tate who currently leads the Lions with 786 assists which ranks first in the Lone Star Conference. Defensively the Lions are led by
Ashley Mireles and
Delanee Clark. Clark has a team-high 51 blocks and is averaging .77 blocks per game. Mireles has recorded 388 digs to lead A&M-Commerce.

First serve is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Field House. Tickets can be purchased for $5 at the door. Children 12 and under and students with a current college ID get free admission.
