Commerce, Texas – The Lions begin a four-match home stand starting with Tarleton State as the 2015 regular season slowly comes to an end.
 
For the second time this season, the Lions will match up against the Texanns Tuesday, November 3 at The Filed House. A&M-Commerce fell in the first match with Tarleton State 0-3 after a 15-kill performance by Hailey Roberts who also added eight aces to her stat line. The Lions are 17-17 all-time in this head-to-head matchup and hold a slight 6-5 advantage when playing at home.
 
Tarleton State has multiple key players such Hailey Roberts who ranks first in the LSC in kills (572), kills per set (5.96), total aces (56), and aces per set (.58). Meg Umbel leads the LSC in hitting percentage (.344) and is second in blocks with 110 total, averaging 1.19 blocks per set. Finally, Kenya Alexander has made an impact on the defensive side of the net for the Texanns as she leads the LSC in blocks with 117 total.
 
Tarleton State is on a two-match winning streak. The Texanns are 11-1 in conference play and 6-3 when on the road his year.
