Commerce, Texas – The A&M-Commerce men's basketball team will put its perfect home record in 2015-16 on the line against No. 4 Midwestern State Saturday with tipoff at 6:30 p.m. in The Field House.

- A&M-Commerce enters the game at 12-3 and after ending a nine-game winning streak following a 66-57 loss at Cameron to fall to 2-1 in Lone Star Conference play.
- The  nine-game winning streak was the longest since a nine-game streak in 2004-05.
- A&M-Commerce has six wins over top 25 teams in the last three years.
- The Lions are receiving votes in the NABC Coaches Poll and will face their first ranked opponent in the No. 4 Mustangs

- A&M-Commerce has won all eight of its home games.
- Anthony Adams was named the LSC Offensive Player of the Week on January 16 highlighted by a 27-point game in the Lions 85-79 win over Harding on December 10..
- The Lions led the NCAA in  rebound margin at +12.6 and defensive rebounds per game at 33 ... The Lions are fourth in blocked shots per game, sixth in total blocks, seventh in FG percentage, eighth in field goal percentage defense and 11th in scoring margin.
- The Lions had a record breaking 132-83 win over Huston-Tilloston ... The Lions set the school record for points in single-game in the win.
- White has a team-high three double-doubles, Bryant Crowder and Everrett Pleasant each have two double-doubles and Craig Fofang has one double-double... Pleasant's two double-doubles have come in the last three games.
- A&M-Commerce is coached by Sam Walker in his 16th season at the helm of the Lions program ... Walker is the program's all-time leader in wins with 261.

A&M-Commerce vs. Midwestern State:  The Series
- The Lions and Mustangs have met 54 times prior to Saturday night's meeting with Midwestern State holding a 51-33 advantage in the series.
- Midwestern State has won 16 of the last 17 games with the lone Lion win, 74-66, coming at home in Commerce on January 9, 2014 ... The Mustangs won both meetings in 2014-15, 61-57 in Wichita Falls and 85-83 in overtime in Commerce.
- Under head coach Sam Walker, the Lions are 5-21 against the Mustangs.
 
About the No. 4 Mustangs
- Midwestern State enters the game at 14-1 overall and 3-0 in the LSC while riding a 10-game winning streak and ranked No. 4 in the NABC Poll.
- Jordan Stevens leads the team in scoring with 16.3 points per game, while Breston McNeal follows with 12.7 points per game ... Khapri Alston chips in averaging 12.1 points per game.
- Khapri leads the team in rebounding with 9.3 rebounds per game.
- MSU is second in the NCAA in field goal percentage defense allowing teams to shoot just 37 percent.
