Lions Look to Halt Three-Game Slide at Eastern New Mexico

Portales, N.M. – The A&M-Commerce men's basketball team looks to end a three-game losing streak on the road at Eastern New Mexico Saturday at 5 p.m. central time in a Lone Star Conference game.

- A&M-Commerce enters the game at 12-5 overall and 203 in the LSC while in the midst of a three-game losing streak after losses to Cameron, Midwestern and West Texas A&M, 85-81, in their last game..
- The Lions had a nine-game winning streak that was the longest since a nine-game streak in 2004-05 ... The Lions are 7-0 at home.
- A&M-Commerce has six wins over top 25 teams in the last three years after knocking off No. 4 Angelo State.
- The Lions defeated Southwestern College 111-60 marking the program's 10th 50-point margin of victory ... It was the 11th highest margin of victory in the NCAA DII on the season ... - Anthony Adams was named the LSC Offensive Player of the Week on January 16 highlighted by a 27-point game in the Lions 85-79 win over Harding on December 10..
- The Lions are second in the NCAA in  rebound margin at +10.8 and defensive rebounds per game at 32.31 ... The Lions are fourth in blocked shots per game, eighth in total blocks, 18th in FG percentage and 11th in field goal percentage defense.
- The Lions had a record breaking 132-83 win over Huston-Tilloston ... The Lions set the school record for points in single-game in the win.
- White and Pleasant lead the team-high with three double-doubles, Bryant Crowder  has two double-doubles and Craig Fofang has one double-double ... Pleasant picked up a double-double in the Lions loss to MIdwestern State.
- A&M-Commerce is coached by Sam Walker in his 16th season at the helm of the Lions program ... Walker is the program's all-time leader in wins with 262.
