COMMERCE – The Texas A&M University-Commerce women's basketball team inked three during the initial signing period.
In the first signing day under coach
Valerie King, the Lions welcome incoming freshmen Makenna Armstrong, Nyaluak Dak, and transfer from Kilgore College, Aaliyah Davis.
All three newcomers have signed their National Letters of Intent and will be eligible to play for the Lions in the 2024-25 season.

Rockwall High School
A 6-2 forward from Rockwall High School … averaged 13 points, eight rebounds, five assists, and three blocks per game in high school career … earned all-district honors and was named Defensive MVP … voted as one of the Top 150 players in the state … part of two bi-district championship teams … competed for BigTyme Prep Academy as well … daughter of Sarah and Justin Armstrong

Lincoln Southeast High School
A 6-2 forward from Lincoln, Nebraska … competed for coach Isaiah Dell at Lincoln Southeast High School … planning to major in psychology … daughter of Nyabuok Thoal and Peter Dak … brother is a freshman on the Colorado men's basketball team

A 5-7 guard from El Paso, having played at Eastwood High School and Kilgore College for two years as well … she has averaged 6.5 points per game in 24 games for the Rangers at Kilgore College … shot 33 percent from the field and averaged 2.5 rebounds per game
