Prior to A&M-Commerce: A four-yearletterwinner in both cross country and track and field at BurroughsHigh School...an honorable mention all-area selection as a seniorin cross country...a four-time city preliminary qualifier in crosscountry, and league champion her junior year...named MVP of theBurroughs cross country team her sophomore, junior, and senioryears...named MVP of the track team her junior and senioryears...participated in the Mt. SAC cross country invitational allfour years of high school, as well as the Mt. SAC Relays for trackand field her junior year...finished second at the McFarland CrossCountry Invitational in cross country her senior year...graduatedwith honors.
