2014 (Outdoor): Competed in five meets for the Lions ... Accrued five top-five finishes in events ranging from the 1500, 5k and 10k ... Set a personal best in the 1500 at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays, finishing fifth with a time of 3:53.23 ... Won the 5k outright with a personal best time of 15:26.73 in the ASU David Noble Relays ... Ran third overall in the 10k at the LSC Championships with a time of 31:54.25 ... Won the 1500 at the East Texas Invite with a time of 4:00.39

2014 (Indoor): Competed in three meets for the Lions and qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships in the Mile ... Was a member of the Distance Medley Relay team that won in the season opener at the MSSU Lion Invite in January ... Also on the DMR team that finished second at the Lone Star Conference Championships ... Individually recorded five Top 10 finishes on the season in the 3000m and the Mile ... Ran a season best 4:13.57 Mile at the Oklahoma Baptist Invitational and a season best 8:51.48 in the 3000m there as well.

2013 (Track and Field): Competed in five meets for A&M-Commerce ... Emerged as the Lions' top 1,500 meter runner, holding four of the top five times on the season ... Ran a season-low 3:53.96 at the prestigious Mt. SAC Relays ... Placed third at both the North Texas Spring Classic (3:54.56) and the Lone Star Conference Championships (4:00.26) ... Finished first at the Tarleton State Invitational (4:00.94) ... Competed in the 5,000 meter run at the LSC Championships, placing 10th with a time of 15:46.23 ... Finished first in the 800 meter run at the season-opening Lion Spring Invitational (1:57.52) ... Named A&M-Commerce Men's Track Athlete of the Year for 2012-13.

2012 (Cross Country): Ran in five meets as a true freshman for A&M-Commerce ... Named the Lone Star Conference Freshman of the Year after placing sixth at the LSC Championships with a time of 25:37 … Recorded four top-30 finishes on the year, highlighted by a first-place finish at the Lois Davis Invitational in Magnolia, Ark., with a time of 24:37 ... Placed 20th at the Memphis Brooks Twilight Invitational and 26th at the Southern Stampede Invitational ... Named A&M-Commerce's Top Male Cross Country Runner for the 2012-13 season.
