2014 (Outdoor): Ran in four meets for the Lions while competiting in the 800m, 1500m and the 5,000m ... Recorded a season-best finish of second at the ASU David Noble Relays (4/5) in the 1500m (5:13.79) ... Finished eighth in the 5,000m at the Cactus Cup (3/22) in the 5,000m with a time of 20:08.15 ... Posted a 10th place finish at the East Texas Invite (4/19) in the 1500m with a time of 5:13.93 ... At the Lone Star Conference Championships, finished 14th in the 1500m and 31st in the 5,000m. 

2014 (Indoor): Ran at the OBU Invitational and the Lone Star Confernce Championships for A&M-Commerce ... Ran a season-best in the Mile at the OBU Invitational (5:51.12) en route to a 19th place finish ... The 19th place finish was also a season-best ... Posted a season-best finish of 30th in the 3,000m at OBU (2/15) while running 11:43.50 ... Finished 18th in the Mile and 35th in the 3,000m at the Lone Star Conferene Championships. 

2013 (Cross Country): Competed in four events for A&M-Commerce ... Recorded a season-best finish of 17th at the Lois Davis Invitational at Southern Arkansas (10/12) ... Ran a season-best time of 21:09 also at the Lois Davis Invitational ... FInised 43rd in the 6k at the Lone Star Conference Championships (26:31.8). 

2013 (Track and Field): Did not compete for A&M-Commerce.

2012 (Cross Country): Competed in all six events for the Lions … Recorded two top-50 finishes at the Lois Davis Invitational and the Lone Star Conference meet … Had a season-best time and finish at the Lois Davis with a 20:00 run and an eighth-place finish … Finished 120th at the NCAA South-Central Regional with a time of 26:28.

Prior to A&M-Commerce: Lettered all four years at Edinburg High School in track and cross country … Personal-bests include a 5:30 1,600 meter and an 11:59 in the 3,200 meter … Was a member of city and district championship teams … Qualified for state and regionals during high school career.

Personal: Born June 28, 1993 … Daughter of Jose and Rosa Romero … Plans to major in Psychology.
