2017 (Indoor): Competed in three meets in the distance runs... Placed 12th in the 5000m at the Crimson & Gold Invitational (12/10/16)... Set bests in the mile (4:41.68) and the 3000m (9:31.46) at the MSSU Southern Invitational (1/20)... Set a season-best of 16:15.42 in the 5000m at the Pittsburg State Invitational (1/28).

2016 (Cross Country): Competed in five meets as a sophomore… Placed tenth at the Lois Davis Invitational (10/8)… Placed 16th at the LSC Championships (10/22) with a season-best time of 26:28.8… Also competed in the NCAA Division II South Central Region Championships (11/5).
 
2015 (Cross Country): Ran in four meets, all in the 8K… Ran a season-best of 27:33.2 at the LSC Championships (10/26), finishing 27th.
 
Prior to A&M-Commerce: Named All-Region as a junior… State qualifier as a junior in cross country… Four-time letter winner in cross country and track and field at Wylie… Ran in the 800, 1600 and 3200-meters in track and the 5K in cross country… Best times of 2:02 in the 800-meters, 4:35 in the 1600-meters, 10:00 in the 3200-meters and 16:12 in the 5K… School record in the 3200-meters and the 5K.
