2018 (Outdoor): Competed in four meets in the long distance events... Placed third in the 3000m steeplechase with a season-best time (10:18.46) at the UTA Bobby Lane Invitational (3/24)... Placed fourth in the 3000m steeplechase at the ASU David Noble Relays (4/8)... Placed first in the 10,000m with a season-best time (33:35.49) at the East Texas Invitational (4/14)... Placed 23rd in the 5000m at the LSC Outdoor Championships (5/5) with a season-best time (16:39.55).

2018 (Indoor): Competed in two meets in the 3000m... Set a season-best time of 9:24.68 at the Texas Tech Matador Qualifier (2/16).

2017 (Cross Country): Competed in all six meets as a junior... Finished 18th at the East Texas Shootout 6K (9/8) with a time of 19:48.4... Ran a season-best 8K time of 27:06.2 at the Lois Davis Invitational (10/6)... Ran a season-best 10K time of 33:38.9 at the Chile Pepper Festival (9/30)... Finished 21st at the LSC Championships (10/21)… Also ran at the NCAA South Central Regional meet (11/4), finishing 87th.

2017 (Outdoor): Competed in East Texas Invitational (4/15) as a redshirt, placing first in the 10,000m with a time of 32:44.90.

2017 (Indoor): Competed in five meets in the distance events... Set a season-best time of 15:43.75 in the 5000m at the Crimson & Gold Invitational (12/10/16), placing sixth... Ran a season-best 4:40.94 mile at the MSSU Southern Invitational (1/20)... Also set his season-best time of 9:23.14 in the 3000m at the same meet... Placed 11th in the 5000m and 20th in the 3000m at the LSC Indoor Championships (2/18).

2016 (Cross Country): Competed in five meets as a sophomore… Ran a season-best 26:18.9 at the MSSU Stampede University Open (9/17), finishing 39th… Placed fourth at the Lois Davis Invitational (10/8)… Placed 21st in the 8K at the LSC Championships (10/22)… Also competed in the NCAA Division II South Central Region Championships (11/5).
 
2016 (Outdoor): Ran in five meets, competing in the 10K, the 5K and the 3000-meter steeplechase… Finished in third place with a time of 10:12.18 in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the ASU David Noble Relays (4/9)… Finished seventh place with a time of 15:57.65 at the ACU Oliver Jackson Twilight Meet (4/27)… Finished seventh in the 10K at the LSC Championships (5/5).
 
2016 (Indoor): Ran in two meets, competing in the mile run, 3000-meters and the 5K. Placed 10th in the 5K with a time of 15:57.74 at the MSSU Invitational (2/5).
 
2015 (Cross Country): Ran in four meets, all in the 8K… Ran a season-best 26:15.2 at the Oklahoma Baptist University Invitational, finishing 14th (10/10).
 
Prior to A&M-Commerce: Three-year letter winner in cross country and track and field at Forney… Ran a high school-best 16:16 in the 5K and 4:30 in the mile run… Named Academic All-Regional… Set H.S. record in the 6-mile relay and the indoor 2-mile run.
