2018 (Outdoor): Did not compete in a meet.

2018 (Indoor): Competed in five meets in the distance events... Set a season-best time of 16:12.54 in the 5000m at the Crimson & Gold Invitational (12/9)... Set a season-best mile time of 4:40.18 at the Gorilla Classic (2/10)... Set a season-best time of 9:57.63 in the 3000m at the LSC Indoor Championships (2/24), placing 26th... Also competed in the mile and finished sixth in the distance medley relay.

2017 (Cross Country): Competed in all six meets as a freshman... Finished 20th at the East Texas Shootout 6K (9/8) with a time of 19:52.9... Ran a season-best 8K time of 27:42.6 at the MSSU Southern Stampede (9/16)...  Ran a season-best 10K time of 34:22.0 at the Chile Pepper Festival (9/30)... Finished 22nd at the Lois Davis Invitational (10/6) and 26th at the LSC Championships (10/21)… Also ran at the NCAA South Central Regional meet (11/4).

Prior to A&M-Commerce: Four-year letter winner in cross country and track and two-year letter winner in baseball at Atascocita... Was named Team Captain and helped lead the team to its first State Tournament appearance in school history... Team won a district championship during his freshman season and finished 12th in the State Tournament as a senior... Set the school record in the 2000m steeplechase... Set best times of 4:31 in the 1600m, 10:00 in the 3200m, 6:29 in the 2000m steeplechase and 16:21 in the 5K... Graduated in the top three percent of his class.
