Finished his A&M-Commerce career as one of the record holders in the distance medley relay... Was an All-America selection in the DMR and a five-time All-LSC selection... Had 16 top-three finishes and four first-place finishes.

2018 (Outdoor): Second Team All-LSC... Competed in six meets in the middle distance races... Placed fourth in the 800m at the UTA Bobby Lane Invitational (3/24)... Placed third in the 800m at the East Texas Invitational (4/14)... Placed fourth in the 800m with a season-best time (1:52.60) at the Bobcat Classic (4/28)... Placed fourth in the 1500m with a season-best time (3:56.75) at the LSC Outdoor Championships (5/5)... Also placed fifth in the 800m at the same meet.

2018 (Indoor): Did not compete in a meet.

2017 (Outdoor): First Team All-LSC in the 800m... Second Team All-LSC in the 1500m... Competed in six meets in the middle distance events... Placed third in the 1500m at the TCU Invitational (3/17)... Placed first in the 800m at the East Texas Invitational (4/15)... Placed second in the 1500m with a season-best time of 3:50.21 at the Bobcat Classic (4/28), posting an NCAA provisional mark... Placed first in the 800m at the LSC Outdoor Championships (5/6)... Also placed second in the 1500m at the same meet... Placed third with a season-best time of 1:52.04 in the 800m at the Rumble in the Jungle Last Chance Qualifier (5/13).

2017 (Indoor): Named First Team All-American... Third Team All-LSC Selection in the 800m and the mile... Competed in six meets in the middle distances... Set a season-best time of 4:20.93 in the mile at the MSSU Southern Invitational (1/20), placing third... Placed third in the 800m at the Pittsburg State Invitational (1/28)... Set a season-best time of 1:53.77 in the 800m at the Gorilla Classic (2/10), finishing in fourth... Finished in third place in both the mile and the 800m at the LSC Indoor Championships (2/18), earning him All-Conference honors... Part of the distance medley relay team that placed fifth at the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships (3/9), earning him First Team All-American honors.

2013 (Cross Country) at University of North Texas: Had a season-best 8k Chile Pepper Festival (26:49.7)… Posted a season-best 4-mile run at the Gerald Richey Invitational 4 mile, 16th place (20:40.8)… Member of the second-place C-USA Championships team, ran a 27:41.89 8K.

2013 (Track) at UNT:  Grabbed a first-place finish at the North Texas Classic in the 800-meters… Ran a season best time of 1:54.10 at Baylor Quad in the 800-meters… Finished ninth at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championships in the 800-meters… Finished in the top-five at the JD Martin Invitational with a time of 4:26.68 in the mile…Posted a season-best in the 1500 meters at the Michael Johnson Classic with a time of 3:56.10… Won the North Bobcat Invitational in the 1500-meters…Was a member of the distance medley relay that placed second at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championships.
 
2012 (Cross Country) at UNT:  Participated in the Chile Pepper Festival 10K run… Finished 48th in the 8K run at the SBC Championships with the time of 27:32.7… Ran in the NCAA South Central Region Championships 10K run. 

2012 (Track) at UNT:  Grabbed a fourth-place finish at the SBC Outdoor Championships in the 800-meters… Had a career-best 1:54.74 in the 800-meter run preliminary round… Had a season-best run of 4:02.92 at the North Texas Classic in the 1500-meters.

2011 (Cross Country) at UNT: Finished eighth at the Metroplex Opener 6K in 20:42… Was the second Mean Green man across the line at the Baylor Invitational where he finished 33rd overall… Took 45th at the Sun Belt Conference Championships with an 8K time of 27:51.8.

High School: Ran cross country at Bishop Dunne… Team captain and MVP of the cross country team… Captain of the track team… Ran the 800-meter race in 1:58, 1600-meter race in 4:28, 3200-meter race in 9:38, and five-kilometer race in 16:23… Named to the All-South Cross Country Team… Academic All-State his junior and senior year… Three time All-State performer in track… Tabbed a four-time all-district honoree in track… Two-time district champion… Won the state championship as both a junior and senior in the 800-meter run.
