Biography

Finished his four-year A&M-Commerce career as the school record holder in both the indoor and outdoor triple jump... Was a two-time indoor triple jump National Champion and a runner-up finisher in the outdoor triple jump... Finished his career as one of the most decorated athletes in A&M-Commerce track & field history, accumulating eight All-America honors, 10 All-Region selections and eight All-Conference selections... Had 60 finishes in the top-five, including 21 first place finishes.

2018 (Outdoor):
First Team All-American in the triple jump... USTFCCCA All-South Central Region in the long jump and triple jump... First Team All-LSC... Competed in nine meets in the long jump and triple jump... Placed first in the triple jump and second in the long jump at the UTA Bobby Lane Invitational (3/24)... Placed second in the triple jump at the ASU David Noble Relays (4/8)... Placed first in the triple jump and fifth in the long jump at the East Texas Invitational (4/14)... Placed second in the long jump at the Oliver Jackson Twilight (4/25)... Placed first in the triple jump and fifth in the long jump at the LSC Outdoor Championships (5/5)... Competed in seven meets in the long jump and the triple jump... Placed second in the triple jump at the TCU Invitational (3/17)... Finished third in the triple jump at the Bobby Lane Invitational (3/24) with a jump of 15.09m, posting an NCAA provisional mark... Placed first in the triple jump at the ASU David Noble Relays (4/8)... Placed second in the triple jump at the LSC Outdoor Championships (5/6)... Also placed ninth in the long jump with a season-best jump of 6.93m... Set a career-best triple jump of 15.85m at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships (5/25), breaking his own school record and placing fourth, earning All-American honors.

Placed second in the triple jump, fifth in the long jump and 12th in the high jump at the LSC Indoor Championships (2/18)... Set season-bests in the high jump (1.85m) and the long jump (7.04m) at the meet... Finished fourth in the triple jump with a season-best jump of 15.56m at the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships (3/9), earning him All-America honors.

2016 (Outdoor): Named First Team All-American in the triple jump...Named to the All-Region Team... Named to the All-Conference Team...Competed in seven meets in the triple jump and long jump… Set a season best of 7.16 in the long jump at the UT Arlington Bobby Lane Invitational (3/26)… Placed first in the triple jump at the ASU David Noble Relays (4/9)… Placed first in the triple jump at the LSC Championships (5/5) and fifth in the long jump… Set an outdoor best of 15.69m in the triple jump at the NCAA Division II Championships (5/26), finishing in sixth… This jump broke his own A&M-Commerce record set in 2015.

2015 (Outdoor): Named an All-American in the triple jump... Named to the All-Region Team for the triple jump... Named to the LSC All-Conference Team... Qualified for the USATF Junior Championships in Eugene, Oregon for his work in the triple jump ... Garnered First Team All-American honors in the triple jump at the NCAA Championships in Allendale, Michigan, grabbing fourth place with a distance of 15.53m ... Appeared in nine meets for the Lions, competing in the long jump and triple jump ... Named a USTFCCCA All-Region selection for the triple jump ... Won LSC All-Conference acclaim by winning the gold medal in the triple jump with a season best distance of 15.56m ... Accrued eight top-five finishes over the course of the season, highlighted by four first place finishes in the triple jump ... Hit a career best distance of 7.24m in the long jump at the East Texas Dual, finishing second.

Hit a season best in the long jump at the MSSU Lion Open with a jump of 6.91m, claiming seventh place.
