2019 (Outdoor): Did not compete in a meet.

2019 (Indoor): Competed in five meets as a junior... Placed 12th in the mile at the Red Raider Invite (1/18)... Placed seventh in the distance medley relay at the Pittsburg State Invitational (1/26).

2018 (Cross Country): Competed in five meets as a junior... Placed 15th at the East Texas Shootout (10/12)... Placed 36th at the LSC Championships (11/3)... Also competed in the NCAA Regional Championships (11/17).

2018 (Outdoor): Competed in four meets in the middle distance events...  Finished 17th with a season-best time of 2:01.19 in the 800m at the UTA Bobby Lane Invitational (3/24)... Finished fifth in the 1500m and eighth in the 800m at the ASU David Noble Relays (4/8)... Placed 17th with a season-best time of 4:10.48 in the 1500m at the Bobcat Classic (4/28).

2017 (Cross Country): Competed in three meets as a sophomore… Finished 17th at the East Texas Shootout 6K (9/8) with a time of 19:44.7... Set a season-best time of 27:56.0 in the 8K at the Missouri Southern Stampede (9/16)... Placed 45th at the Chile Pepper Festival 10K (9/30) with a time of 32:42.5.

2017 (Outdoor): Competed in four meets in the distance runs... Set a season-best time of 16:00.36 in the 5,5000m at the Bobby Lane Invitational (3/24), finishing in 23rd... Finished second in the 10,000m with a season-best time of 33:44.90 at the East Texas Invitational (4/15)... Finished 17th in the 1500m with a season-best time of 4:13.71 at the LSC Championships (5/6)... Also placed 25th in the 5000m.

2016 (Cross Country): Named to the All-Conference Team... Competed in four meets as a freshman… Ran a season-best 26:12.4 in the 8K at the MSSU Stampede University Open (9/17)… Placed 14th in the 8K at the LSC Championships (10/22)… Placed 122nd in the 10K at the NCAA Division II South Central Region Championships (11/5).

Prior to A&M-Commerce: Ran track and field and cross country at Cypress Springs.
