Meister migrated south in 2022 after serving as the Director of Football Operations at Wagner University in New York last season. With the Seahawks, he was responsible for coordinating team travel, meals, camps, and special team events, while also being the video coordinator. Â

He is a graduate of the University of Iowa, serving as a student manager while receiving his degree in sport and recreation management and received his graduate degree in sport and recreation management with the Hawkeyes as well.

Meister’s responsibilities with the Hawkeyes under coach Kirk Ferentz included game day preparation, fundraising, staffing, academics, and team travel as the program’s football operations graduate assistant.
