Jalen Alexander will serve as the assistant defensive line for the 2019 Lions football team.  He will assist the recruiting program. In addition to his coaching and recruiting duties, Alexander serves as the director of football filming.

Jalen played at North Garland High School as tight end and linebacker. After high school, he served as the head filmer at Kilgore College for the football team. After his junior college experience, he decided to join the Lions in his current capacity.

He is a graduate of North Garland High School.  He is majoring in Kinesiology with a minor in education. He is on schedule to graduate in 2021.

Alexander comes from an educational background growing up in Garland. His father is currently serving as the Offensivee Coordinator at Greenville High School and his mother is a counselor in California.

His hobbies include playing video games as well as watching football and basketball. He enjoys spending leisure time with friends and family.
