2017 (Outdoor): Third Team All-LSC in the 10,000m... LSC Men’s Academic Athlete of the Year... CoSIDA Academic All-District... Academic All-LSC... Became the first athlete to win Academic Athlete of the Year in cross country, indoor and outdoor track in the same academic year... Competed in four meets in the long distance events... Set career bests in all of his events... Finished fourth in the 1500m with a career-best time of 4:01.92 at the TCU Invitational (3/17)... Finished first with a career-best time of 14:57.62 in the 5000m at the East Texas Invitational (4/15)... Finished third with a career-best time of 31:16.23 in the 10,000m at the LSC Outdoor Championships (5/6)... Also finished fourth in the 5000m at the same meet.

2017 (Indoor): Men’s Academic Athlete of the Year... Academic All-LSC... Competed in five meets in the distance runs... Placed second in the 5000m at the Crimson & Gold Invitational (12/10/16)... Placed 10th with a season-best time of 8:39.33 in the 3000m at the Pittsburg State Invitational (1/28)... Placed first in the 5000m with a career-best time of 15:03.54 at the Dunamis Sports Group College Classic I (2/9)... Ran a season-best 4:25.63 mile at the Gorilla Classic (2/10)... Placed sixth in the mile at the LSC Indoor Championships (2/18).

2016 (Cross Country): Named LSC Academic Runner of the Year and named to the Cross Country All-Academic team... Named to the All-Conference Team... Competed in four meets as a junior… Placed 26th at the MSSU Stampede University Open (9/17)… Ran a career-best 25:22.4 at the Chile Pepper Festival (10/1)… Finished fourth at the Lone Star Conference Championships (10/22)… Also competed at the NCAA Division II South Central Region Championships (11/5).
 
2016 (Outdoor): Academic All-LSC... Competed in five meets for the Lions… Placed third in the 1500-meters at the ASU David Noble Relays (4/9) with a personal best time of 4:09.47… Placed second in the 10K at the LSC Championships (5/5) with a personal best time of 31:48.98… Also placed sixth in the same meet in the 5K with a career best time of 15:23.16. Had four top-three finishes.
 
2016 (Indoor): Academic All-LSC... Competed in three meets in the long distance races… Ran a season-best 15:23.27 in the Pittsburg State Invitational (1/29), placing 14th… This broke the A&M-Commerce record set by Dorian McCradic in 2015… Ran a personal-best 8:48.28 in the 3000-meters at the MSSU Lion Invitational (2/5), finishing in fifth place… Finished in eighth place in the 5K at the LSC Championship (2/20).
 
2015 (Cross Country): Academic All-LSC... Competed in five meets… Ran a season-best 26:38.4 in the 8K at the Oklahoma Baptist University Invitational (10/10), placing 17th… Placed 22nd overall in the 8K at the LSC Championship…Competed in the 10K at the NCAA Division II South Central Regional Championships.
 
2015 (Outdoor): Appeared at the Tarleton State Invitational (3/6), competing in the 1500m and 5K runs ... Logged a time of 4:17.25 in the 1500-meters, finishing 13th ... Hit a time of 15:29.38 in the 5K run, finishing fifth.

2014 (Cross Country): Competed in four meets for the Lions ... Finished 14th overall at the Lois Davis Invitational (9/12) in the 8K with a season best time of 26:48 ... Placed 12th overall at the Texas Wesleyan Ram Ramble (9/20) in the 5K with a time of 16:47.0.

Prior to A&M-Commerce: Three-time letter winner in track and field and cross country at Wakeland… Helped lead the Wolverines by earning back-to-back MVP Runner awards as a sophomore and junior ... Finished 8th and 3rd in his junior and senior years at the 4A State XC Meet ... Personal bests include a 4:25 mile and a 9:42 two-mile. Also lettered twice in tennis.
