Finished her A&M-Commerce career ranked first in total minutes played (6,824), eighth in total points (71), tied for ninth in assists (15), tied for tenth in goals scored (28), ninth in shots attempted, tied for sixth in games played (82) and second in games started (79) and ninth in career game-winning goals.

In 2016, Back became the first player in A&M-Commerce history to be named a First Team All-American. She was named First Team All-American by Hero Sports, D2CCA and the NSCAA. In addition, Back was one of the first two student-athletes in program history to be named an NSCAA Scholar All-American. She was a four-time All-American, five time All-Region player and a four-time First Team All-LSC selection, making her the most decorated player in program history.

2016: Named Lone Star Conference Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year… Named a First Team D2CCA, NSCAA and Hero Sports All-American… Also named a NSCAA Scholar All-American… Named First Team All-Conference and First Team All-Region… Named Academic All-Conference… Named Defensive Player of the Week in back-to-back weeks… LSC All-Tournament Team selection…LSC Preseason Defensive Player of the Year... Was third in the conference in shots, fourth in points with 19, fourth in goals with seven and third in assists with five… Part of the Lion defense that was second in the conference in least goals with 0.77 goals allowed per game… 11 shut out games on the season… Played in and started all 22 games her senior season… Had a goal in seven different games… Had two assists against UT Permian Basin (10/28)… Game-winning goal against Texas Woman’s (10/12) and Eastern New Mexico (10/23)… Had 21 shots on goal… Played 1,869 minutes on the season.

2015: Named Third Team All-American by the NSCCA…All-South Central First Team…First Team All-Lone Star Conference… Led the LSC in goals (16), goals per game (.762), points (36) and points per game (1.71)… Awarded the LSC Offensive Player of the Week title on November 4…Appeared in all 21 games…Had six assists…Had five game-winning goals against Oklahoma Baptist University, Lubbock Christian University, Angelo State University, Eastern New Mexico University and Texas Woman’s University…Best game was against Oklahoma Baptist (9/11) when she scored four goals, including the game-winning goal, had one assist and nine points… Part of the back-to-back LSC Tournament Champion Title team.

2014: NSCAA All-South Central Region Second Team Selection ... First Team All-Conference ... Named to the LSC All-Tournament Team in the LSC Tournament ... Appeared in 20 games for the Lions as both a forward and a defender, starting in 18 ... Logged 1,456 minutes ... Tallied six points on one goal and four assists ... Her lone goal of the year was the game winner against Dallas Baptist (9/16) in double-overtime ... Her header in the LSC playoffs against Angelo State (11/9) led to the Rambelles scoring an own-goal ... Fired 33 shots, 14 of which were on goal ... Totaled a season-high five shots against Ouachita Baptist (9/21).

2013: Daktronics Second Team All-South Central Region ... Named First Team All-LSC ... Earned Lone Star Conference Defensive Player of the Week Honors for the week of September 11 ... Started all 19 games for the Lions ... Helped the Lions back line that allowed the second fewest goals per game in the LSC (0.86) ... Logged the most minutes with 1,702 on the season ... Recorded 10 points on the season (4 goals, 2 assists) ... Scored the game-winner versus Oklahoma Christian (10/12) ... Went 1-for-2 on penalty kicks, scoring versus Midwestern State (10/6). 

2012: Redshirted the 2012 season for A&M-Commerce.
