Park was a three-year letter-winner. She led the Rebels to the 2012 Area finals and the 2013 Bi-District Championship. Park was on the Honorable Mention in 2013, a 2014 All-District performer, Academic All-District 2012-14 and was nominated for All-State Academic 2014. Park has been a member of the Austin Junior Club Volleyball team for the last five years.
 
"Shanon is a very dynamic player that combines passion, athleticism, determination, and strong volleyball IQ.  We're looking for Shanon to compete for one of our pin hitting positions.  She has all the tools to play, we just need to see how long it takes for her to make the jump to the collegiate level.  I'm excited to have a player of her abilities jumping into our mix.  If she can develop a balanced repertoire of ways to score points and then prove to be a strong blocker Shanon could see good playing time as a freshman.  Shanon could really develop into a go to player within her career here at A&M-Commerce."
