LIONS LOSE CLOSE ONE TO TEXANS 70-66

The Lions were led by Desmond King, who recoreded a double-double (13 points and 10 rebounds), Tyris Dowell (15), Brad Hambrick (11) and Preston Whitley (10) all scored in double figures.  For the Texans Wes Dipprey had eight boards and 13 points while Carrington Takson led the team with 15 points.  The Lions return to action Thursday January 6th against Incarnate Word.  Tip off is at 8pm.
