Southwestern Oklahoma (14-11, 5-4 LSC North) pulled away early in the second half with a 12-2 run and they never looked back. The contest was knotted up at 35-35 at halftime. Chancellor Jones poured in a game-high 26 points including seven treys to lead the Bulldogs.
Brad Hambrick recorded a team-high 21 points including four three-pointers and Desmond King tossed in 11 along with eight boards for the Lions.
The Lions return to action on Saturday night at 7 o'clock in the Field House against Cameron. This will be the Annual Pink Zone night. Texas A&M-Commerce encourages fans to wear pink. Shirts will be on sale at the door.
